OPERATIONS MANAGER
Laser Plumbing Taupo is an established, successful company providing plumbing contracting services throughout the greater Taupo District. We have built a reputation for delivering high quality “Totally Dependable” service and we pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service.We now require an enthusiastic and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. This role would suit a registered plumber (but not essential) with experience in:
- Managing projects and contracts.
- being able to relate well to people of varying levels,
- possess the ability to lead and motivate your team
- and at all times represent both the company and the clients in a professional manner.
The ability to work under pressure and keep deadlines is essential. Other preferred requirements include excellent oral and written communications skills, attention to detail and an organised and efficient approach to work.This is a full time position. A competitive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate based on skills and experience.
